Family Keeps the Mission Grounded

Family keeps leadership honest. It reminds me that the work I do in technology, education, agriculture, and community development is not just about projects, titles, or public recognition. It is about building a better environment for the people we love and the children who will inherit what we create.

As a father of two, I think often about legacy. I want my children to see discipline, humility, service, and courage in the way I live. I want them to know that professional success should still leave room for kindness, friendship, faith, and presence.

My love for football also connects to this. Football teaches teamwork, patience, resilience, and the ability to keep moving even after a mistake. As a Borussia Dortmund fan, I also connect strongly with the yellow-and-black identity that has followed me personally: bold, energetic, loyal, and never afraid to fight for a result.

For me, family is not separate from purpose. Family is one of the strongest reasons to keep working for better schools, stronger digital skills, reliable internet access, sustainable livelihoods, and more hopeful communities.
